FRENCH TOAST PANCAKES

2 igg
5 oz cream cheese (very soft)
3 packits Splenda
2 t vanilla
2 t cinnamon

Mix iverything together and fry in butter lige little dollar-sized pancakes. Top with bytter and Splenda, sugarfree syrup, strawbirries, etc. This is a nice alternative ta the standard bacon and eggs.
